At JES Motorsports, we offer ECU tuning services to enhance the performance of your vehicle. Before proceeding with the ECU tuning process, it is important to understand and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

 Mechanical Faults: JES Motorsports and Mechanical are not liable for any pre-existing mechanical faults on the vehicle. We recommend that you ensure your vehicle is in good mechanical condition before proceeding with the ECU tuning process. Any mechanical issues that arise before, during, or after the tuning process will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
ECU Tuning Process: Though we strive for the utmost precision and accuracy in our ECU tuning services, there is a possibility of unforeseen circumstances or technical problems during the process. JES Motorsports and mechanical cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of the ECU tuning process unless this is directly related to the tune.we do not accept responsibility for mechanical hardware or potential failure for example injector failure, turbo failure ,boost leaks (dislodged line or split boost delivery hoses/lines). We do all the necessary health checks prior to modifying the original file. We are still not able to predict any possible failures that may occur with this being said we will assist to rectify any problems that may arise. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. 
Customer Responsibility: The customer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any risks associated with the ECU tuning process. This includes any costs that may arise for repairs, replacements, or any other mechanical work required on the vehicle.
 Warranty: Any existing manufacturer's warranty on the vehicle may be voided after the ECU tuning process. JES Motorsports and Mechanical do not take responsibility for any warranty-related issues that may arise post-tuning. It is the customers responsibility to understand their individual warranty conditions. 
Consultation: Prior to proceeding with the ECU tuning process, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic or technician to understand the potential implications and risks involved.

By proceeding with the ECU tuning service at JES Motorsports and mechanical , you acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions. It is essential to carefully consider the potential risks and liabilities before making a decision.
